Mr. Dime provides overall leadership, experience and a winner’s attitude to DLDTE Law. He obtained his law degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law where he excelled in academics and consistently graded amongst the upper percentile of the class. He served as Class President for four (4) years and was also a member of the Editorial Board of the prestigious Philippine Law Journal of the UP College of Law.

He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1996, started his practice with the Law Firm of PONCE ENRILE REYES & MANALASTAS and honed his expertise in the core disciplines of Litigation (Civil, Criminal and Corporate),  Arbitration and Special Projects.

A skilled and mature litigator, Mr. Dime has successfully appeared or participated in high profile cases including the following:

  • The Senate Electoral Tribunal (SET) Protest filed against Senator Juan Ponce Enrile;
  • The BW stock market controversy;
  • The first group of tobacco litigation cases filed against tobacco cases;
  • The parallel importation cases filed by and against Del Monte Philippines;
  • Litigation between the SOROS group and Triple V;
  • Litigation involving the Susana Heights property of the SM Group,
  • Arbitration cases involving Caltex (Phils) and BF Corp.;
  • The Ongpin kidnap with murder case;
  • The Vizconde murder case.

With talent for finding solutions for complex legal problems, Mr. Dime has also served as adviser on commercial transactions; estate and succession; public bidding and government procurement; project development; water and energy.

He has served as Corporate Secretary and legal advisor to several companies in various industries and presently heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution section of the Firm.
